Frequently asked questions
What specific age groups or demographics do your programs target within the Afghan youth community?
Our programs are open to all Afghan youth, from children to young adults. We welcome participants of every age, gender, background, and region, committed to ensuring no young person is left behind in accessing education, leadership opportunities, and a role in shaping peace and development in Afghanistan.
Can you share a story or example of how one of your programs has positively impacted a young person's life or community?
Zakaria, a young leader from Afghanistan, joined our Leadership Training Program with a dream of making his voice heard. Through public speaking workshops and mentorship, he gained confidence and leadership skills. Today, Zakaria organizes youth events, speaks out for education rights, and inspires others in his community to take action. His journey shows how empowering one young person can spark positive change across a community.
What are the key skills or knowledge that participants gain from each of your core programs?
Participants gain leadership, communication, problem-solving, and peacebuilding skills to create positive change in their communities.
How do you measure the success of your programs in achieving peace, leadership, and national development among Afghan youth?
We measure success by tracking youth participation, leadership roles gained, and community projects completed. We collect feedback from participants, monitor their ongoing engagement in peacebuilding and advocacy, and evaluate how their actions contribute to positive change at both local and national levels. Our goal is to see empowered youth making a tangible impact in their communities and beyond.
